Cary worked on her new album for over a year creating pre production tracks in her home studio. This involved writing the drum, bass, guitar and vocal parts and arranging the songs. She then took these to Josh Ingermells at Big Sky Studio, Barnsley who engineered and produced the album with Jake Ingermells on drums.

The album is now complete and released! Available as a physical CD album as well as download, “Only the Night Knows” is a collection of 14 original tracks penned by the songwriting team of Jon Lord and Graham Wale with co-writes from Cary and Chris Sidwell (Crokodile Tears). This has received airplay on Sunshine FM on the costa blanca and is album of the month (July 2018) on the Keith Fabrique HILLZFM show.
